Through the use of authentic materials and collaborating, the students will learn about the life of the explorers and the major events of a period of time that has altered the word we live in to a great extend. Therefore, they get insights into the current world and the role of Europe in it, as a result of the decisions and actions that took place six centuries ago, while at the same time expand their critical skills by researching, absorbing and recomposing the information from the resources.en_US
