Description: A SERIES OF IMAGES, TWO COVERS OF ILLUSTRATED BOOKS FOR CHILDREN BY RICHARD SCARRY ARE PROPOSED TO THE STUDENTS, IN PARTICULAR "A BUSTY MOTHER" AND THE "BOOK OF WORDS" THAT STEREOTYPES ROLE IN IDENTITIES, FAMILY AND SOCIAL. THE LESSON WILL CONTINUE IN PARTICULAR BY EXAMINING THE IMAGES OF A BOOK “A LONG-HAIRED BOY BY BENJAMIN LACOMBE. THE OBJECTIVE IS TO EXAMINE THE WAY IN WHICH STEREOTYPES, ROLES AND IDENTITIES ARE REPRESENTED IN THE TEXT AND, THROUGH SUCH REPRESENTATIONS, CONTRIBUTE TO FEEDING CERTAIN VISIONS OF ROLES AND FUNCTIONS IN THE COMPANY. THE IMAGES OF THE PROPOSED TEXTS ARE AN EVIDENT EVOLUTION OF THE MODIFICATION OF GENDER STEREOTYPES. A HISTORICAL EXSCURSUS WILL BE MADE OF ALL THE WOMEN WHO HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO THE STEM, UNDERLINING THE IMPORTANCE OF THEIR DISCOVERIES NO LESS IMPORTANT THAN THOSE MADE BY MEN IN STEM. THE TOPIC WILL BE MORE HIGHLIGHTED ONCE AGAIN BY THE VISION OF THE FILM "HIDDEN FIGURES" WHICH TELLS THE SOCIAL STEREOTYPES THAT LIMIT WOMEN IN SCIENCE BY THEIR GENDER OR EVEN COL
