Self-esteem is the mirror of our mental health. Authentic self-esteem is vital to well-being and mental health. It is commonly accepted that good mental health contributes to both the rational mental / psychosomatic development of individuals and their smooth integration into their social and professional life, as well as to the EU commitment, for the implementation of Goal 3 (Good Health and Wellbeing) which is one of the most important goals of the UN Sustainable Development Agenda. (17 sustainable development goals). In particular, in the context of achieving this goal, all European governments agree that there is no greater task than investing in the well-being of young people so that they can meet their needs and expectations, by operating in a healthy environment, pointing out that health is the state of absolute physical, mental and spiritual well-being.en_US
